As a volunteer with United we Serve, I received voter registration training via zoom and as a result of that I was able to help others in registering to vote. With the founders and team I distributed food and supplies, while leading and assisting younger participants. Through our events, UWS has inspired my passion of community service and being of aid to others.
I have had the pleasure of being involved as a volunteer on the United We Serve food distribution projects for several years. Saima Bhutta's organizational and leadership skills have been very evident in the execution of these projects. Saima and Imran Bhutta's desire to help those less fortunate and to extend themselves to their utmost capabilities is admirable. The meals provided by United We Serve during the month of Ramadan have been a blessing to those who have benefitted from them.
